The panelists will discuss ESG ratings, how they may affect operating companies, how they may be used by asset managers, and whether they may help combat “greenwashing.”  Our panelists will address this timely topic from three vantage points:  rating agencies that produce ESG ratings and rankings, consumers of ratings (e.g., investors), and the public companies that receive ESG ratings.
